Thank you for shopping with fivesixtysamples. Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital products
All products sold by fivesixtysamples are digital files delivered electronically, by download link or by email, immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the order once the download or access has begun.

2. Refunds
Because digital products cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final. However, we will gladly issue a refund or a replacement in the following cases:
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened or downloaded, and we are unable to fix the issue.
- The product you received is materially different from its description on our website.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive your product within 24 hours of payment and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.

We do not offer refunds if you changed your mind, purchased by mistake, no longer need the product, or if the product is incompatible with your software or device where compatibility requirements were stated in the product description.

3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at [your email] or +44 7839 847833. Please include your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a short description of the problem (screenshots are welcome). We will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

4. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Technical support
If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve the problem quickly or send you a new download link.

6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right to receive digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
